Legal Studies, Minor

Requirements

  • The Legal Studies minor consists of 18 credit hours
  • Courses will be selected from the following areas within the minor:
    • 6 credit hours of legal ideas
    • 3 credit hours in public policy
    • 9 credit hours in legal skills (3 credit per area of specialization)
  • All courses in the minor must be completed with a grade of C or higher and a minimum GPA of 2.0.
  • At least 9 credit hours must be taken at Roosevelt University.

Students interested in the Legal Studies minor are encouraged to take POS 101 to fulfill one of their social sciences requirements because it is a pre-requisite for some courses in the minor.
