Fine Art, Minor
Students must earn a grade of C or higher in each course. At least two courses must be taken at Roosevelt University – one of which must be a 300 level.
The minor requires 15 credit hours including ART 101 INTRODUCTION TO THE VISUAL ARTS, EITHER ART 201 ANCIENT THROUGH MEDIEVAL ART OR ART 202 RENAISSANCE THROUGH MODERN ART, at least TWO studio art electives, and EITHER an Experiential Learning Elective OR an additional Fine Arts elective. Open only to Juniors and Seniors. Must submit an application to the School of the Art Institute with three course options prior to semester registration. Enrollment is not guaranteed, since SAIC students are able to register for courses at SAIC first. Carries Experiential Learning credit.
